Hello, I'm having the same problem: We were unable to process your bank account registration at this time. We apologise for the inconvenience. Please try again at a later date. My bank account its 2 weeks old, its not been register with PayPal or whatsoever before and I get this error message !! Please help ! I need PayPal. My bank account is with NatWest and its not savings account ! Thanks.
