I have tried three times to send money to a paypal account from my account to pay for an item bought on line or by mail. Usually I can do it. However now I cannt. Paypal blocked my request. My paypal account is secured with a bank account and at least 2 credit cards. I am a verified paypal user, I am according to paypal 100%!!! So in order to pay I asked the vendor to send me an official paypal invoice which I was able to pay by clicking. I am in Canada and I tried to send money to France. Those articles were not listed on ebay, it is from vendors that I have known for several years. English is my second language so I apologize for mistakes, my question is why I cann<t any longer when I have the paypal address of somebody send money using my address? Thanks!
