just a quick update; Paypal wrote me back and suggested I put the numbers in incorrectly. I informed them that I tried those numbers 17 ways till Sunday to no avail... He then suggested I call..BTW 800 numbers are not free when calling from a Tracfone.. So I continued to try other options and after downloading many different browsers, one named "torch" finally allowed me to input my information.. with which I was awarded with a page that read " Your Application is in Process-- Please call the PayPal Credit Service Center at 1-8blah blah blah to complete your application." so i called it... and.. Its an automated line that asked for my credit card number... WTF when did applying for a credit card become so difficult?
