My other account has been limited. The resolution center is asking me to confirm my credit card. I do not own a credit card or a bank account because I only use Paypal very rarely for on-line purchases . About Photo ID I currently only have my passport and ID card at the moment. The ID card is also providing my proof of address because I have no bills that show my name and address I am not the one paying the bills . I did provide information about my latest payments. Can I still get my account back?
