I too have looked on how to turn off this SPAM notification (and it is unsolicated email that is not necessary for dormant accounts). It is not listed anywhere on the communicates tab below. Account Information Notifications Email Name Change, Address Change, Email Change, Password Change, Lost Password Request, Bank Account Change Paypal should know better than to send unexpected email as it will bread a false sense of security for phishing scams. Only option I see now it to block all email from paypal or and not get any notifications. If someone can share how to shut this off this spam, please do. Thank you
