Hi, I have a product whch I ship within the United States for $4.95 and Internationally for $9.95. When I try to set this up in paypal it prompts users with a "Estimate shipping and tax" box where buyers are asked to enter their zip code to calculate shipping costs. I do not want this box to appear, as anyone with a zip code in the USA will have a shipping cost of $4.95 anyway and it's another step for users must take to calculate their shipping. Ideally I would just like the standard $4.95 shipping option to show and if the user would like to ship outside the US they can click the "ship outside the U.S. link to do so. Is this possible or I am stuck with this extra box?
