I sent payment for an item I won on ebay last Saturday (02/03/13) and it showed up on my account as unclaimed. I checked again today and there was no change so I cancelled the payment and sent it again. This time it is saying it is on hold. I payed for another item about an hour before and it went through fine. What is going on? The payment was taken from my bank when I tried to pay the first time. Please tell me why this is happening.
