I totally agree. PayPal should be charging the SELLER the return shipping when an item they sell is "Significantly NOT as described" . Why should the buyer be charged for the return shipping? And, like you stated, PayPal does not allow you to respond or communicate with them on the issues. This is robbery and I am almost to the point of saying "TO HELL WITH EBAY and PAYPAL"!!!!!!!!!! This has happened to me twice just recently and I am mad as hell!!!
