"I am not able to put things on bill me later. I have not exceeded my limit but I keep getting the message "Looks like we're unable to authorize your purchase using Bill Me Later® with the option to buy now and pay later. But you can still use PayPal to choose another payment method." Why is this and what do I need to do?" The same thing is happening to me. Does anyone on the Bill me later team or any member know why this is happening? Thank you
