I am trying to transfer money from my bank account to my PayPal account but I always keep getting the blasted, "can't confirm identity" message over and over and over. I called customer support and I was told I had been verified, but I apparently have not. I am really frustrated because I could not find much help on PayPal's help and there is no option for me to verify my account. Plot twist, I am a verified PayPal user yet am not when trying to transfer money from my bank account to my PayPal account. I would love to have a simple, EFFECTIVE, very good and extremely helpful step-by-step solution to get rid of the annoying message. I don't have any limits that I know of and I would really love to simply transfer money when I want without that aggravating stupid can't confirm ID message when I have done everything required!
