Hello, I recently sold an item from my site for $25, I provided the buyer with the item he paid for. A little more then a week ago I checked my PayPal, and PayPal "Temporarily holded" the $25, PayPal originally showed I did infact have the money, it was not in pending status or anything. Its status on the Payment was "Complete". So PayPal decided to put a hold on the $25, I contacted the buyer to see what was going on, and he stated he "Deleted" His PayPal account. So I thought they were probably holding it because he deleted his account. I told him I would contact PayPal, but I never got around to do so until now. Just now I logged onto my paypal account and saw that PayPal took an extra $45 away from me regarding a "ChargeBack settlement" from him. Now im out a total of $70. And I am still unpaid from the buyer. Im hoping PayPal can help me resolve this issue. Thank you.
