Hi, I need assistance in determining what is going on? I am fairly new to Pay pal policies. I just recently purchased a set of sunglasses from an Italian website. Apparently they did not update their inventory, so at it turns out the item I purchased off their website via paypal was sold out. The owner of the company politely and immediately contacted me to see if I wanted to buy something else or simply get the money refunded to me. I choose the latter. Now it turns out, as I checked on my account, that Pay-Pal is placing a temporary hold on my account. I would like to ask why if this is simply a refund and it is my money to begin with. How long will this hold last? Can anyone please advise on these two questions? Thank you in advance
