I purchased an item using Paypal. I recieved confermation of my order. Half hour later I recieved notice that item is no longer available. Paypal status shows transaction completed. My question is; are there a large number of similar transactions which seem to give Paypal the use of potentially millions of dollars for who knows how many weeks?
