I tried placing an order on VirginMobiles website and I typed all of my Paypal info in and his submit. After that an error page read that my order could not be processed and to try again later, so I tried again. Again this happened. But, my PayPal account now has two transactions "pending" for $315.35.. Virgin Mobile says they have nothing saying that I ordered anything from them. I just don't know how to get my money back from PayPal.. and how to get these "pending" transactions removed.. I want my $315.35 back.. I tried calling the customer service number and I couldn't talk to a real person.. any ideas?
