Wait wait: "These addresses can be removed by PayPal if you were to send in an email or call and request the address to be removed." Is this for real? You're saying there isn't a feature to manage addresses on your PayPal account apart from emaling or even CALLING someone to remove them? My bank is more efficient than that in terms of changing addresses, honestly.
