All Sellers should demand that Paypal and Ebay change this requirement for Sellers Protection !! Currently, they require that there must be a signature confirmation for all packages shipped overseas that is $250 or more to qualify for SellersProtection! USPS, DO NOT HAVE THIS OPTION !! - in any form !! Priority, Express or even Registered Mail !!! I have contacted Ebay and Paypal customer services and all they can say is that if USPS does not offer the service use a different carrier !! Yeah, try selling a $250 item and ask the seller to pay for UPS, Fedex or DHL shipping cost overseas //!! Example, shipping from USA toAustralia by USPS Priority mail fully insured for an item valued at $250 approx 3 lbs. is at approx $55.00, UPS, Fedex and DHL is DOUBLE that +++ !!! AGAIN, I have contacted customer service and di not get anywhere. So, for now, we all Sellers are on our own when we sell higher valued items to overseas buyers.. BTW, it seems that the postal services overseas usually get the package signed if has high insured value... BUT, you all know that we cannot depend on that... WHAT SHOULD BE DONE IS THAT PAYPAL AND EBAY TAKE THE SIGNATURE REQUIREMENT OFF !!
