I bought electronics using PayPal. My Money went to an acupuncturist's office! I felt a problem right away, notified PP but no reply and no electronics sent to me. I investigate further got the seller to send me the tracking number and I got the USPS to confirm that the package went to another person within my zip code. I have a picture of the label that includes the tracking number yet PayPal won't re-open this case. Any suggestions? ... View more

Is it possible to re-open a case where I was denied and the case was "closed"? PayPal fell short on this IMO. After denial, I obtained indisputable proof that the seller sent my package to an address that wasn't mine AND with another person's name on it. I have a picture of the label with the tracking number on it from the USPS. Any suggestions? Thanks, community! Does PP monitor this community? ... View more
