Hi, suddenly cannot withdraw money since paypal is asking the security code sent to an old phone (UK phone). It is really urgent and I cannot change the number (Spanish phone) nor call them via Skype where I am now in Spain.    What can one do if they don't sort it within the hour?   Regards     Shirley  ... Paypal has tech issues to send payment for service stating that there is no fund when actually there is. Is this happening regularly now? Also, the phone for contact is rather stranger since the other side seems a private number with a recorderd message, never available though.   There is no formal call center to contact them?     Regards     Shirley ...
