I have changed addresses, SO, I edited the address on my account to the new one. PayPal created a SECOND, NEW, address (it did not change the address). So, I unchecked the box associating my card with the OLD address, and clicked save. NOTHING CHANGED!!!!!! ALL I want to do is CHANGE MY ADDRESS AND ASSCOAITE MY CARD WITH IT!!!!! Why is this impossible??????
