Hi the seller said he had sent a refund for an item I purchased on eBay but it doesn't seem to appear anywhere in my eBay about receiving a refund not even in my refund history now I'm not sure what's happened or if the seller has recorded to lie and keep the money but he wasn't dispatching the item so I decided to request for a refund its starting to make me paranoid so I thought I would ask the community for your opinions and ps I have emailed PayPal about it they just don't seem to like getting in touch
