Sold an item on Ebay on 1/2/2013. Shipped item. Now Paypal shows item cancelled on 1/3/2013 and requesting a refund. have no recorded of receiving email notification of this. No request from return on ebay. Am trying to contact seller now. How do I proceed with this??
