So, I came here for help because I've sent several e-mails through the paypal e-mail system, and only recieved automatically generated e-mails as responses, which never helped. I also tried to contact the phone number the automatically generated e-mails (and also the site) offer, but it's not in use anymore. So I contacted the US customer support, and they said they'd solve my problem in 24-48 hours. More than 72 hours have passed and nothing had happened since, although they assured me they'd contact me in e-mail. My account has been limited for two entirelly different reasons and I don't know which one is the real one. First reason: when I log in, the site shows that my account has been limited because I've reached my recieving limit and I need to provide some more informations. Which I've already done twice. I sent my informations and nothing happened. Second reason: I recieved an e-mail from paypal that they looked through my sent documents and determined that I wasn't 18 when I made my paypal account, but I made my paypal account in 2010 (if I remember correctly) when I have already been 19! Also, in my opinion it's ridiculous that we cannot check our date of joining to paypal. It cannot be found anywhere. And if I joined paypal before I turned 18, how come I could use it for more than 4 years without it being found out? (I've been using it actively for 3 years, I'm turning 22 this year.) And a different problem: in the e-mail I mentioned before^ they wrote that if my account remains limited, they suggest I should open a new account. Which I am not able to, because I cannot link my card again to another account. It's linked to this account, and I can't remove it from there, and I don't have more cards to link (nor do I want more). I don't know what else I could do to get my account back. I don't want to call them again because international calls are really expensive, and I feel I'll be just ignored again 😕
