Ok, so I finally sold my first item on Ebay (yay!) and I HAVE a PayPal account that I have linked to my Ebay. However, my buyer emailed me back and said that it wouldn't let her complete the transaction. After speaking with Ebay, I had my Ebay account registered to one email, and PayPal to another. I've since changed it on recommendation of Ebay, and Ebay said to go ahead and to do an invoice. My buyer said that she can't do that since Ebay frowns on it and loses their cut. Basically, here's what I need to have happen and I'm not sure HOW to make it happen. She hasn't cancelled her payment through PayPal. I haven't recieved a payment yet. I need to figure out how to get the payment and make sure this doesn't happen again. I'm very confused. Please help!
