HI I have had the same problem today.....mine was charged 3 times ( I to kept getting that message when paying) and I have phoned the bank who confirmed all 3 charges have gone through to my credit card. I have emailed papal but a reply can take up to 3 days, also tried phone number....what a joke...Just keeps telling me to replace handset and try again. please let me know if you get anywhere and how you did it .
