Hi, I'm looking for the best way to progress with a refund issue. I purchased an item from ebay that was wrongly described I contacted the seller who disagreed however when I contacted the Resolution Centre the seller said if I returned the item he would make a full refund inc postage costs (not the cost of returning the item) I returned the item to the seller after an email from the Resolution Centre suggesting that I should do this. I have returned the item a couple of weeks ago now and still have not had any refund. I cannot make any sense of the convoluted method of continuing the dispute through the Resolution Centre. I would like some advice of how to get the refund paid via PayPal from a reluctant seller. Please advise me Thxs, leofor9224
