I have an agreement with a seller not on ebay to be invoiced and she expresses she sent me two. I have not received any. Is there somewhere I am not looking that is not in my history to find an invoice? Is this a mistake on her point I am not seeing any invoices anywhere. I'd like to know if i'm looking in the wrong place but I can't find it anywhere else. Also is there a way to send a request on paypal and have it confirmed for an invoice? Thank you
