Sold a iphone 5 boxed and sealed. Winning bidder was "a" another. Got a third party to pay for the item. I done the print postage label to the winning bidder which paypal had stated that i should have sent it to the payer of the item rather than the winning bidder. No seller insurance. This despite the fact that i sent special delivery , got their signature and they had the cheek to give me emails on how happy they were with the item and the positive feedback!!!!!!! Paypal said they are sending it to the credit card company but all they are going to say is that their client did not recieve the item and hence should not be charged. I have since found out that the same person has done this before as i Have their ebay id and email address. Tried to contact but he-ho no reply. Paypal also witheld the third parties payment a week after the transaction. My point is why paypal allowed the third party in the first place to pay for something that they were not involved in? Now this person in Bristol is enjoyin my phone and I just have to accept it but why should i.? Surely paypal are vindicating this fraudently behaviour? what about security questions to when you buy something nowadays? Thats like a third party coming into your bank account and putting in funds or at least knowing private id?
