Hi there, Well I have finally sorted out this probelm. I rang eBay customer services. After explaining the problem to them, they tested everything and to cut a long story short, they have fixed it!! I am totally impressed by ebay customer services and their UK counterparts. They wanted to help, wasnt put off when suggestions failed and although I was on the phone to them for 56 minutes (no idea what that will have cost!) they eventually sorted the problem, removed the security key page and I can log in safely to ebay again. I thought when I logged in from my work computer and my laptop the problem might be there but, no, everything is fine. I suggest you ring them. I know they are in the US (or at least I think they are) but I have nothing but good things to say about them. It beats getting frustrated, logging a lost key etc. etc. They told me at the end of the call that they were grateful to me for logging this problem as they now had a solution they could offer other users.
