Two things. First; **bleep** MoneyPak, distribute your own cards that you pay for in person to add money to a PayPal account. I've heard PayPal horror stories, but the only time the problem was PayPal's fault itself is when trying to sell something. I'm trying to buy something. MoneyPak doesn't think my address exists, so I do a tiny edit to my personal address here on PayPal, switching which apartment in the complex, hoping that MoneyPak will recognize that address. Aaaaaaand now I'm locked out of buying anything. MoneyPak is incompetent. I live minutes from Philadelphia, and it thinks my address doesn't exist. Cut out the middle-man, because they only serve to hurt people who want to give you their money and service. I'm willing to give you my money and service, but your partner, which has so many horror stories (that I ignored because more worried about the trouble I would get in on eBay for being delinquint) is preventing me. Secondly, which is only relevant because of how your partner MoneyPak screwed me over; This same thing happened to two friends of mine, and they still can't prove who they are, because according to them, the only documentation for proof of address that you guys at PayPal will accept is a bill. Not even a bank statement is good enough. Some of us aren't the breadwinners. Some of us live in an apartment with other roomates. I don't know if you'll only accept a bill, but if thats the case, you're not gonna have my business for at least three months, and its not because I choose it. If I get in trouble on eBay for delinquincy because of that, I'm going to point straight here and say "I apologize for the hold-up, I want to give you your money so I can buy your product, but PayPal doesn't think I'm real". Again, I don't know if you accept more than a bill, but if you don't, that has got to change. The department of motor vechicles in my state accepted the bank address - if its good enough for them, good enough to be put on my Identification card (which you're also asking for) then why is it not good enough for you? My ID itself should be proof of address because of that. If its good enough for the state of New Jersey, if its good enough for the US Department of Defense, it should be good enough for you. Is it really easier to enlist in the US Military than to buy something from eBay?? If its not, you're not going to see much of my business in the future just because your service is such a pain in the **bleep** to work with. I want to give you my business, because what you do is worth it to me, but only if my toes aren't stepped on every time I try to do something.
