Hello. I need to cancel a recurring payment that is set up through my bank and the first one is due in Aug. I previously downloaded a computer program called Speedmax PC with Priority Support from Safecart. According to the transaction I see on PayPal I will have to pay another $29.97 + another $9.97 for "service" for another year. I paid for the program when I first downloaded it. The $9.97 is supposed to b e for furthur computer help. I cannot find anything on that PayPal page to cancel this recurring payment. At the time I bought this program, I did not realize they were going to charge me every year. for the program. I don't know if this is just a mistake on their part or my part...I just want to cancel it before they get around to taking it out of my account !! Any advice??
