I ordered some shoes on eBay and when it came there was just a shoebox with a hole in it and the box it was in was smashed up . I tried to file a dispute but it won't let me it says " you used a guest account " and then it tells me to go to the PayPal resolution center . when I go to file a complaint it can't find the transaction because I used a guest account . I entered the receipt number and it still says it can't find it . What do I do ?
