Currently we have free shipping on our online store. But we have the price then adjusted so that it covers shipping cost. So if someone buys 2 or more items then they are paying more than they would need. So how can I set it up so that it charges shipping buy the total weight of all the items and then with the customers zip? Thanks for any help. ... View more

I just looked in the help menu on Ebay and it looks like you need to file a dispute within 45 days. The only thing I know to do is to contact Ebay by phone and see what you can do. Be sure to go to the Contact Ebay that is at the bottom of page click and then you will see a tab Contact Ebay. You will see a number of options to chose from to get the right agent. Under buy you should see one I did not receive my item Click on it and then on the right hand side is Resolution center. Click on it and hit continue then you should see a tab Contact Ebay Click and on the right hand side you will see Call us Click that and get the one time passcode and the phone number to call. Ok, if you log in, then if you hover over Customer support in the top right hand corner you will see Resolution Center. Click on that. You will see a Resolve Problem box in that you will see I bought an item, underneath that you should see I Havent received it yet and also I received an item that does not match the sellers description. Click on I Havent received it yet then click continue. Then find the transaction that you have a problem with and hit continue. Hope this Helps. ... View more

Yes I would say too that you should do that on the Paypal website. Also just for safety it may not be a bad idea to change your password. Because if this is a scam and I am positive that it is, how did the guy figure out your balance is negative?? ... View more

If you just recently opened your paypal account - Paypal will hold your money for 21 days I believe. If you log in to your account  just below where it says Welcome your name here it has business name, account type, status and then account limits. Click on view limits and it will tell you when your own money will be released. I know that it is retarded but that is Paypal's "Policy". Hope this helps! ... View more
