You want to open a dispute after 2 days??? I give sellers at least 2 weeks before I even think about opening a dispute. Even more so if it has been a holiday season and the post office is probably playing catch up. You can still open a dispute but as a guest buyer you need to contact customer services and they will do it for you, go to contact us bottom of paypal pages > call us option. But as you have up to 45 days to open a dispute please give your seller a bit longer.
