Hello Sorry on my bad english .. I want to sell Steam game key , what is virtual good. Few months ago i sold the key and after 30 day buyer open dispute against me and get his money back . That is the moment i got disapointed in paypal 😞 Now i want to sell another key to another person and i don't know how to do that without being scamed . Someone told me that if buyer under Notice write " Service " paypal wont open dispute also if the money was sent as gift he also can't open dispute.. What is correct ? How to stay safe after he send me money ? Also , important thing is that in my country Bosnia and Herzegovina when someone send me money on my paypal it goes to Pending Balance and I need to wait like 30 days until my money become available to spend, also there is another option that the person needs to click under "Details" on confirm receipt so the money goes to available balance that moment. Once again sorry on my bad english and is there any way i can sell the key without getting scammed.
