What to do ?? I sold a antique dresser that was old ! NOT new ! She knew it and saw pics of item. I drove 45 mins to deliver the dresser with my friends help to her home because she stated she had surgery the weeks before. So told her pay my gas I will deliver for you. So sent invoice she paid it . Drop dresser off she says oh yes I love it & I have a friend thats gonna redo it for me. I told her great have a good day. Head home she texts me 30 mins later says she wants refund !! I didn't discribe item for her!! She asked many questions & was givin the option to come look at it before buying !!! We texted & facebooked for a few days !! This is the only time I have delivered a item ! !( take note !!) I always want the customer to come look and make sure its what you want before buying !!! So I was nice and told her you know what I will refund u $40 . she said ok that will be fine... well 15 min later she sends me a text with a paypal refund of $100 !!!! The dresser itself was only $150 and $20 for the mileage and gas !! Called paypal they said don't do anything until she files a complaint !! UGH!! Now I get to sit here & stress over this mess! Waiting on this crazy lady to send me emails and texts !! ( and another note she sent was my husband don't like antique furniture anyways) That was way before I even delivered the dresser !! So I want use paypal again only cash ! So I want have to stress over them taking my item & my money !!!!!!
