Hi, Wonder is anyone can help ? I paid via paypal for items bought on a UK website (Monsoon actually) via their checkout and everything went through OK. However I haven't seen this latest transaction appear on my paypal account nor has a confirmation email of the order been sent to my email account. So it's like the order and payment never happened !! I tried to call the company's customer services but as it's Christmas Eve here, they're not open until 26th December. I know the website is genuine yet there's no evidence of the order/payment. Thanks.
