Where do I go for help about this. On Dec. 7, I used PayPal to print shipping with tracking, and mailed the item that day. The buyer emails and says he has gotten his package yet. So I check the tracking and all it shows is the tracking number. Went to the post office and they could not tell me anything. A few days later I had and Open Case on Ebay, and guy thinks it was as fake number. So gave him a refund to close the case. Now I don't have my item or shipping fees. Where do I go from here. Any info. wold be help full thanks.
