I have sold a book on ebay that was worth $66. The buyer paid me via paypal. I recieved the payment on my email and so I shipped the book to the buyer's address. I did not have a paypal account then and so after checking in weeks later I find the payment refunded back to the buyer. The buyer now has my book and my money. I tried contacting the buyer but he would not respond. I tried to call paypal and they emailed the buyer to inform him of the refunded payment. After waiting several weeks, I called paypal again letting them know that I did not recieve my payment yet. They say that it is not within their power to give me my money. I can confirm that I shipped the book to the buyer's address. I can also confirm that he recieved the book as he left me some positive feedback. They were not very helpful. Please help me.
