I am not able to understand why can't you just go to Nokia and get a certification from them that its a fake phone, just give them the details how you bought the phone and the seller sent you the fake Nokia phone. If they (nokia) want any profs from you just provide them the seller details from whom you have bought the phone and sign a declaration that in any mean you do not own this phone, Put the gun on the sellers shoulder and then press the trigger.   I am sure Nokia will not ask you how you got the phone if they ask you just provide them the details. ...
