You said you had filed the case have u escalated it to Claim ? If not do that.....If you had already done it than the seller has 10 days time from the day you have raised the claim if he/she does not reply or provide the shipping/delivery info papal will rule the claim in your favor. ... View more

I am not able to understand why can't you just go to Nokia and get a certification from them that its a fake phone, just give them the details how you bought the phone and the seller sent you the fake Nokia phone. If they (nokia) want any profs from you just provide them the seller details from whom you have bought the phone and sign a declaration that in any mean you do not own this phone, Put the gun on the sellers shoulder and then press the trigger.   I am sure Nokia will not ask you how you got the phone if they ask you just provide them the details. ... Thanks paypal for resolving my claim in my favour, The money was credited to my CC waiting for it to reflect (needs 5 working days to post).   One question today i was making a transaction and i got a error message below.   Can someone from paypal can help me, I did my last transaction on the 26 july, i did confermed the card again but no luck.     Transation Sorry, we can't complete this transaction right now. Hi friends i paid &400 for goods since then the seller is not responding to the mails i had sent him, so i waited for 7 days  for him to ship the stuff but as i knew he will not and will not respond.   So yesterday i had open a dispute and have mailed him through paypal messages, My question is...Below   What if does not reply back to paypal ?
