I changed my Funding Source to a credit card instead of my checking acct on or about Jan 20th. Since then they have not honored this change (I have proof on paper copy that they made change ON RECORDS only). They keep trying to get the funds from my checking acct. Very quickly my checking acct ended up overdrawn. The bank set up a Fraud case and refunded 40 overdraft charges and has a STOP on PayPal but they still get in my acct thru the debit card EVEN THO I have a balance in my PayPal acct. (I transferred $500 to PayPal from the credit card, there is still $200+ balance). PayPal shows 36 cases, 2 closed. 34 open cases and they can't figure this out. Any help?
