I am also having trouble adding my titanium visa to my paypal account. It keeps telling me the card is expired, even though it doesn't expire until 2015. This is rather annoying since you can add Debit cards to paypal, and you can add Visa cards to paypal, you'd think it would be simple since the Titanium card is similar to a debit card but used as a Visa. UGH!!!
