I recently closed my paypal account as was no longer using it. However after more than 30 days a buyer has escalated a dispute on my old account. How do I resond to the dispute if I can no longer log into the account? I'm pretty worried as I don't want the buyer to get an automatic refund as I believe her claims to be dishonest. I've emailed paypal around 4 days ago but had no response. Any help?
