Long story short I bought some items from an facebook selling site. I paid via pay goods and sent the seller my address Week later still no parcel. Turns out instead of sending it to the address I gave him he used the address on my pay pal. Due to not long ago moving it was my old address The person at my old address is saying they sent it back. But there was no return address. Can I claim my money back from the seller as he made the mistake of sending it to the wrong address? ... View more

i made a payment via pay pal, the seller sent me a reqest which come up ony my phone, i used the pay pal  links and paid , it also included fees of 7 odd pound   the package came damaged and i tried contacting the sell who is not responding to me so i went to open a clain but it will not alow me?   what did i pay fees for then?   many thanks ... hoping someone can tell me why i am being charged to send money via gift payment?   i have had the account a while now and have confirmed my account   i was told to try adding my creddit card aswell as debit as a back up but i still get charged, any idea?   the only thing i have done that i can think would affect it is that i one tried to purchase an item not knowing that the correct funds was in bank, and the transaction was refused, would this affect it?   regards anton ...
