Hi there, i wanted to add money to my paypal account from my bank that is on file with Paypal and noticed my address had my PO box and wanted to switch it to my street adress. When I did that I was sent to a page that said " We're sorry, but we were unable to confirm your personal information because of technical problems. To find out what we need from you, go to the Resolution Center." When I went there I was prompted to verify my address with a utility bill, verify my id with my license and verify my proof of social security number. It seems odd, strange and suspect that I suddenly have to do all of this now? Is this common and if i do submit these things how do I know they are secure? Has anyone else had to do this or had this experience? is there a way to call Paypal and talk to a live person and not be directed to am automated voice? I feel like I shouldnt have to prove my own account. Thanks Falkor77
