When I click on the "add money" button, I see a notice that says "We were unable to confirm your personal information at this time. To find out what we need from you, go to the Resolution Center.". I cannot click on "Bank transfer", even though the text is still there. When I go to the Resolution Center, it doesn't explain what Paypal needs from me at all - I also apparently have no open cases. What do I need to do in order to restore this functionality? I've had similar issues in that past, but as far as I was aware they were resolved.
