Okay so here's the deal. My friend walked me through the send money online option, but the money never sent to her, and Ive been charged on my card from paypal. What is this? Ive tried registering cards, and I check every day. It can be five days later, and the cards STILL aren't registered. If Paypal is so great and safe, why aren't I able to ever use my card to make a purchase, and why am I being charged now by them, when they didn't even do what I needed them to do. I'm really annoyed, and I really need help.
