Defrauded out of $2400 please help me reclaim it, offering 35% as reward, or whatever you think is reasonable. Someone defrauded me, scammed me... They got me to pay them for a service they had no intention of providing. I have evidence of this, as well as witnesses and other people claiming to have been scammed by him, or whom he attempted to scam. He tricked me into opening a dispute and then closing it, so that I could not reclaim my money through the normal dispute process.
