Hi i am new to paypal and have used it the passed couple of days and have been successful with making payments now when i try it says 'Please go to www.paypal.com to confirm your credit card before you complete this purchase' I am from england and my billing address is in england but the card i use is a Norwegian card so when i try and verify my bank account it asks for sort code and account number when my card does not have a sort code and the account number is more than 8 didits.. HELP please i need to pay for an item on ebay ASAP. Thankful Ashley Hardy
