An international buyer opened a non receipt case and the only tracking I have is for first class international shipping in a flat rate envelope. It only tells me online that it was accepted at my post office...nothing from there. So, when she gets the package, will it say that they scanned it in Canada and she got it? Or no? And last thing is, how long does she have to close the case out if she hasnt escalated the claim yet, or responded yet to my original response to the case. She opened it a week ago, I responded with tracking and a long note. She has said nothing back. Will paypal close this automatically if she does nothing after how long?
