Last week, a buyer purchased an item from me on eBay. I ticked the box for immediate payment and I received a notification saying they paid. It displayed it on my account but was not displayed in my balance. All my account has been verified properly so I'm not sure why it says my PayPal balance is 0. My email address is the correct one on eBay. I'm very confused as a buyer bought from me a few weeks back and the transaction went through fine. Can someone give me any advice on this please?
